Buildings similar in size to The Alliance Center are responsible for more than one-third of all CO2 emissions in the U.S. We need clean energy, and we need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the built environment.
The Alliance for Sustainable Colorado Building Innovation program will minimize the carbon footprint of the built environment – a critical piece of effectively addressing climate change. In this endeavor, The Alliance Center serves as a living demonstration of a high-performance green building, as a learning laboratory for piloting technologies and systems that reduce carbon output, and as a committed early adopter that paves the way for others to follow.
Our 2016 Goals:
Operate The Alliance Center at the highest levels of commercial building performance.
Demonstrate the viability and replicability of a commercial office space model that utilizes shared spaces and services, maximizes efficiency and enhances workplace wellness.
