Colorado’s Hub of Sustainability
The Alliance Center is a multi-tenant shared space, a center for innovation and learning, a building designed to accelerate the implementation of sustainability in Colorado. The Alliance Center helps our tenants be more effective and efficient at achieving their missions by providing shared services and cohabitation.
The building serves as a physical space to convene and connect organizations and community leaders working on similar issues, and it also serves as a center for learning & outreach: we hold more than 300 events per year.
Looking for Office Space?
An address has never said more.
The Alliance Center combines a unique focus on quality mission-enhancing work and shared spaces while creating exceptional value for tenants in Lower Downtown Denver. The building design incorporates the power of existing brick, adding grace and openness and makes full use of all available natural light. Private sanctuaries and collaborative communal spaces are located throughout the innovative open floor-space design.
This 100 year old building in historic LoDo is located in lower downtown and is steps away from Union Station’s mass transit. It was the first historic building in the world to earn two LEED certifications, and in 2015 it became just the fifth building in the world to earn LEED Dynamic Plaque certification. The newly-renovated building (2014) provides an ideal working environment, maximizing sustainability while providing state-of-the-art workplace amenities.
