Looking For Office Space For Your Non-Profit Organization?
The Alliance for Sustainable Colorado has both physical and virtual office space available to nonprofit organizations and other public agencies in the Alliance Center. The Alliance Center currently provides below-market rent and operational support to over 35 nonprofits organizations, all focused on advancing a sustainable future in Colorado through the development of sustainability policies and practices.
The Alliance Center, our living example of collaboration and sustainability at work, provides healthy and collaborative office spaces at below-market rates to allow nonprofits and public agencies to work together, leverage each other’s initiatives, and share activities and services. This 100-year-old building in historic LoDo is strategically located near the capitol to provide easy access to legislators and government agencies, and is steps from Union Station’s mass transit to enable sustainable transportation options.
The Alliance Center is ending the deconstruction phase of our Building Transformation and starting to build the new Alliance Center! So, we are looking for tenants to fill our space. While 80% of our existing tenants will be returning to the new building, our capacity for density has increased 40% with the new building!
Office space will be available in the Alliance Center after this exciting project is completed in the beginning of 2014, so please submit an application by following the steps below to get your organization on our list.

Since the Alliance Center is a mission driven building, the Alliance asks all those interested in being an Alliance Center tenant to fill out this pre-leasing survey.
