Request for Proposals
We currently have one active RFP, in conjunction with our Energy program. (listed 2/1/16)
The Alliance for Sustainable Colorado (the Alliance) is planning to commission a Colorado Energy Futures Study to answer the following question:
What would the implications be – for the cost of energy to consumers, grid reliability, grid security, and jobs – if Colorado significantly ramped up its use of energy efficiency and renewable energy across the electricity generation, transportation, buildings, and industrial energy uses?
More specifically, the Alliance will hire a highly reputable, independent research entity or entities to conduct the analysis that answers this multi-part question.
The Alliance seeks an adviser and advocate to help us develop and publish the RFP for this study, select and negotiate contracts with the consultant(s) who will conduct the study, manage its completion, and seek input and guidance from a range of stakeholders throughout the process. We seek an adviser and advocate with domain expertise in the types of modeling and analysis that the study consultants will conduct, a track record of effectively bridging between highly technical consultants and non-technical clients, and skill and experience in managing RFP processes and studies.
